can I order something different to today's flowers?

No, we have one style of Posy available per day. This is how we keep our prices nice and low whilst minimizing wastage and our environmental impact. 

What time will my order be delivered?

All preorders and same day delivery orders leave the studio with our drivers at around 12pm. The most efficient route is then taken to get all Posies delivered by 5pm. Most will be delivered by 330pm but 5pm is the latest your Posy will reach it's destination.

Can I request a specific time for delivery?

You can certainly ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you, but please bear in mind that it might not be possible. Deliveries requests before 12pm are not possible as this is when we are preparing the Posies for delivery.

What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery occurs?

Not a problem, we'll leave the Posy in the safest place possible out of the weather. At a house this will be by the front door. At an apartment block, if we can get to the unit door we'll leave it there. If it's a secure apartment we'll attempt to get to the unit door by buzzing some neighbours, otherwise we'll leave it in the lobby if we can get in, or as a last resort by the security door. Usually in this case a kind neighbour will bring it inside.

What time do I need to order for guaranteed same-day delivery?

The official cut off time is 1230m or until we sell out. We usually sell out by midday, but occasionally we might sell out as early as 10am. If we haven't sold out by 1230pm our drivers will take the spare Posies on the road with them. If orders come in after 1230pm they may be able to deliver them, but if that isn't possible we'll deliver that Posy the following day (or on Monday if it's a Friday).

What if something goes wrong with my delivery?

We are always very reasonable and take all delivery failures (which are rare) on a case-by-case basis. We put a lot of love, time and care into each Posy and want it to end up in the correct hands but as with all things, sometimes things go wrong.  

If it is a case of the recipient not being at work that day we will leave the Posy with their colleagues.

If the recipient is a hospital patient who has been discharged already we will call you to see if it can be redirected. Please bear in mind that this might not be possible as we are working within strict time constraints. If it is not possible we can offer you a redelivery the following day at a charge of $15.

If the incorrect address is given, we can organise a redelivery for the following day at a charge of $15.

If the delivery failure is the fault of a Mail Room, unfortunately we can't be held accountable. We do our very best to get the Posy to the correct place but once it is received by an internal Mail Room it is out of our hands and the situation needs to be taken up with them.

If, for some reason, your Posy can't be delivered we'll get in touch with you straight away and see what we can do. If we can redirect the Posy to another address for you we will do our best to do this but please bear in mind that we might not be able to do this as we're working inside some pretty strict time constraints.

What if my posy hasn't arrived by 5pm?

If you haven't received a glowing text of thanks from the recipient by 5pm, it's possible they haven't arrived home to find it yet so please give it a few hours. If you've spoken to the recipient and they haven't received their Posy, please get in touch via the contact form. Be sure to include your order number (which you can find on the confirmation email we sent you when you placed the order). We'll be in touch the following morning to work out what's gone wrong and rectify the situation.
